DINNER WITH THE STARS
Now there’s no doubt which is Brussels’ top restaurant. Perched 120 metres above the street, La Villa in the Sky gives gastronomes the headiest view of Europe’s capital city – with a quality of cuisine to match the altitude.
The location is none other than the roof of the iconic IT Tower on Avenue Louise. A hostess escorts customers up to the modernist glass restaurant where Alexandre Dionisio’s menus vary each day to capture the best of the season’s gifts and freshness. Dionisio has a CV to be envied: 33 years old and trained in the kitchens of The Passage, Comme Chez Soi and The Sea Grill. In 2010 Alexandre opened his own restaurant and received his Michelin star within 6 months. Just recently La Villa Lorraine asked him to cook at the top of the IT Tower.
