CONCERTS OF THE KUHMO CHAMBER MUSIC IN HELSINKI AND IN KUHMO
Kuhmo Chamber Music will go into action again before Christmas in Helsinki and immediately after New Year in Kuhmo. You are most welcome to join us.
The Helsinki concert will be held at the Astoria Hall (Iso Roobertinkatu 14) at 19.00 on Monday December 17. The programme is as follows:
Antonín Dvořák: Piano Trio No. 4 in E Minor, Op. 90 ”Dumky”
Silvia Colasanti: Kalevala (World Premiere)

Pyotr Tchaikovsky: String Quartet in D Minor, Op. 70 ”Souvenir de Florence”
The concert will be given by Minna Pensola and Antti Tikkanen, violin, Atte Kilpeläinen and Vladimir Mendelssohn, viola, Joel Laakso and Martti Rousi, cello, and Andrea Rucli and Henri Sigfridsson, piano.

The Kuhmo concert will be held at the Kuhmo Arts Centre at 18.00 on Saturday January 5, 2013. The programme is as follows:

Maurice Ravel: Tzigane, concert rhapsody for violin and piano

Johannes Brahms: Piano Quartet No. 1 in G Minor, Op. 25
The concert will be given by Heini Kärkkäinen, piano, Minna Pensola, violin, Vladimir Mendelssohn, viola, and Tomas Djupsjöbacka, cello.
