Year 2012 drawing to a close

The end of 2012 is soon upon us, as is the end of the World Design Capital Helsinki 2012 year in the Cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen and Lahti.

We will be sending out one last newsletter in January 2013. A final report is due out in March 2013 and the WDC Helsinki 2012 organisation will end its activities at the same time.

Thanks to the networked operational model, however, we will not see the process of change come to an end with the WDC Helsinki 2012 organisation. Long-term development projects will continue beyond 2012, and the supporting organisations involved in the initiative are also planning further activities.

We will be back with one more update in January 2013!
