The Banana is another very common and useful plants of Brazil. This is the most popular fruit in the country. Only in Brazil there are orange bananas, in addition to usual yellow. Ripe bananas of different sorts can be different in color - from green to chocolate brown. In forests, in gardens and city parks can be seen Jaqueira or breadfruit. This plant was imported from India by the Portuguese in the XVIII century. Jaqueira tree reaches 20 meters in height, and its fruits can weigh up to 15 kilograms. Jacques - the fruit of this tree, is very juicy and sweet. The mango and papaya are also common. Watermelons, grapes, cherries, strawberries, melons, apples, pears, imported by settlers grow in Brazil very well.

No less strange than the Parrot, is the Toucan - a large, clumsy bird with a huge bright yellow or orange beak. Another famous bird of Brazil is the tiny Hummingbird. Hummingbirds can be seen in cities, gardens or in parks.
