Owners are offered a contract for furnishing apartments and subsequent management of the property.
If an apartment is transferred to management company for the entire tourist season, the owner is paid the following amounts:
During the tourist season of 2008 payment of 5% of the value of the object (apartment) is guaranteed.
Remuneration shall be paid at one time, no later than 25 December of the year of a contract.
The complex construction is finished.
Proposed apartments are from 36 to 116 m2, the value of 54 000 euros.
